We’re looking for an inspiring and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead, support, coach, and retain a high-performing team that meets sales, experience, operational, and financial performance goals. You've got to love working with people and inspiring a team to deliver a spectacular customer experience. You don’t need to wear glasses yourself or have experience working in optics. An interest in eyewear, and a passion for fashion is a plus!
