Bonnie & Wild is a Food Hall focused on Scottish produce set to open at the St James Quarter, June 2021. The aim is to bring together “best-in-class” food retailers with restaurant operators who are dedicated to quality, local sourcing. The drink offer will echo this ethos. Comprising of eight independent food stalls, four retail offerings and three bars, Bonnie & Wild will host a rotating events program utilising our bespoke demonstration kitchen and stylish adjoining private dining room. The first of its kind in Edinburgh, the food hall will be home to some of Scotland’s finest producers, including butchery and fishmongers.

We are currently recruiting for a Back of House team to provide exceptional hospitality and be part of a destination food and drinks operation in the heart of the city.

The positions range across several departments, from back of house, kitchen porter to domestic staff.
