We are looking for you to collaborate with our Concessions and the St James Quarter to develop an outstanding suite of events to attract footfall to our market. Your expertise will help us deliver Food Demonstrations, Drink Tastings and much more to achieve our high ambitions.

About Us

Bonnie & Wild is a Food Hall focussed on Scottish produce set to open at the St James Quarter, Spring 2021.

The ambition is to bring together “best-in-class” food retailers with restaurant operators dedicated to quality sourcing alongside a commensurate drink offering. Bonnie & Wild will host a rotating events program at our modular and bespoke demonstration kitchen and adjoining private dining room. The total offer will comprise of four retail units; eight food stalls; three unique bars; and various event spaces.

Main Responsibilities

• Creating, Managing and Delivering events within our market to attract footfall and repeat custom • Delivering multiple, concurrent events with creativity, flair and imagination • Building and managing new relationships with speakers, concessions, suppliers, and stakeholders • Setting objectives and metrics for each activity and analysing performance • Marketing events and establishing compelling communication plans across channels • Managing budgets aligned with Bonnie & Wild Policy

Who Are We Looking For

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Strong experience in creatively managing events spaces • Confidence to drive new ideas within the events market • Demonstrable knowledge of negotiating and working with external and third-party organisations • The ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels • Excellent customer service and organisational skills • Experience working within budgets and time limits • High level attention to detail
