Bonnie & Wild Food Hall
Posted a month ago
An amazing opportunity to work for Scotland’s newest and most exciting venue! Bonnie & Wild’s Scottish Marketplace is a beautiful, new Food Hall in Edinburgh that celebrates the best of Scottish food and drink. As venues go, there’s nothing else like it!
We’re looking for confident, fabulous individuals who love working with people and who have a passion for amazing food and drink.
Our Scottish Marketplace only opened in July but there’s already a massive buzz about the place. The design is beautiful, the offer’s first class, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the mix of people we attract is diverse and wonderful – not surprising given the food stalls and shops we have inside!
Within the Food Hall, we have Scotland’s national chef Gary MacLean’s Creel Caught, Salt & Chilli Oriental from Jimmy Lee, vegan restaurant Erpingham House, the most amazing pasta from Rico’s, sublime sourdough pizzas from east PIZZAS, outrageously good fried chicken from CHIX, Scotland’s best gelato from Joelato, fine-dining supremos The Gannet East, plus master butcher MacDuff 1890, boutique bottleshop from Inverarity Morton, and artisanal coffees and cakes from Broken Clock Café & Patisserie.
We really do have some of the country’s best chefs and shops serving up some of Scotland’s best food and drink! And not only do you get to work alongside the men and women behind these incredible businesses, but you’ll also be joining a loyal and supportive Front of House team.
With flexible working, discounts, part-time/full-time hours that can be organised around your availability, in-house and tailor-made training, visible options for career progression, access to our busy events programme, plus a string of other benefits, we at Bonnie & Wild want to attract exemplary bartenders and front of house staff for what is a rewarding and exciting place to work! We're located inside the new St James Quarter in Edinburgh's city centre, so we're also dead easy to get to!
Please note: all applicants must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work and live in the UK.
