Creel Caught specialise in Scottish Fish and Shellfish and work very closely with its suppliers and producers to create a quality and exciting casual dining experience.
Gary Maclean is looking for an experienced Senior Chef De Partie who is passionate about Scottish produce. The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who always has a finger on the pulse of current culinary trends.
