Creel Caught by Gary Maclean is taking pride of place at Bonnie & Wild’s Scottish Marketplace, the exciting new food hall in the heart of the St James Quarter in Edinburgh, due to launch June 2021.

This exceptional food offering has been curated and will be headed up by Gary Maclean, BBC’s MasterChef: The Professionals winner and Scotland’s first National Chef.

Creel Caught will specialise in Scottish Fish and Shellfish, and will be working very closely with its suppliers and producers to create a quality and exciting casual dining experience.

Gary is looking for an enthusiastic team who are passionate about Scottish produce. Working in a very fast paced environment, working from a very small and ever changing menu in a stunning open kitchen.
