  • You will be required to work under the leadership of your store management team.
  • Delivery of an excellent standard of personalised ‘customer care’ and maximising the potential of each sale through ‘link’ selling.
  • Working as part of a store team to ensure company standards are maintained and to follow the instructions of your store management team.
  • Ensuring you follow all Company Health & Safety guidelines and record hazards, accidents etc to the appropriate staff member.

    General Duties

  • Providing an excellent standard of customer care
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all products sold in store
  • Ability to link sell products to our customers on an ongoing basis
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and contribute towards the store KPI’s.
  • To ensure stock checks are accurately detailed
  • Assisting with the merchandising of the store
  • Assisting with the displaying of promotional material
  • Maximising customer sales by personalised customer service and promoting multi buys, special offers and up-selling
  • Store housekeeping duties, both customer and staff areas
  • Assisting during Corporate Events and any marketing opportunities within the Company.
  • Providing cover in other stores in the event of staff shortages or temporary staff cover for absence, holidays, or new store openings.
  • Assisting with the replenishment of the store.
  • Processing deliveries and checking delivery notes for accuracy and discrepancies

    Working Patterns – any 4/5 days from Monday to Sunday, between 10am and 6pm, 7pm for Christmas Trading

Pay - £9.10 per hour Benefits – 85% staff discount and 25% Friends and Family discount Holidays – 28 days pro rata

Although previous experience would be welcome, full training will be given on the job.
