This is an 18 hour per week role 3 x 6 hour shifts Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays Pull&Bear started up in 1991 with a clear international mission and with the intention of dressing young people who are engaged with their environment, who live in the community and relate to each other. All stores worldwide receive new merchandise twice a week. Key Responsibilities

This is an 18 hour per week role 3 x 6 hour shifts Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays

  • Be aware of what happens day to day in the store
  • Maintain responsibility for one or several sections of the store as instructed by your Manager keeping a basic image of the area (folding and displaying)
  • Ensure the shop floor is replenished throughout the day and when instructed to do so by the Manager
  • Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store at all times
  • Ensure that customers are acknowledged and receive a quality service either face to face or over the telephone
  • Maintain excellent standards in the stockroom by organizing and arranging the stockroom efficiently
  • Be actively involved in the delivery and ensure new stock is available for replenishment on the shop floor before the store opens
  • Continually develop stock knowledge and promotions throughout the store
  • Complete other tasks as necessary to support the overall store
  • Be available for Cashiers should they request help
  • Ensure effective communication with the Management Team at all times
  • Comply with the Company Health & Safety Policy at all times

Experience and Qualifications

Previous fashion retail experience and/or excellent customer service experience preferred
