Bringing authentic, traditional Neapolitan pizza to St James Quarter. Cooked in our Artisan Italian ovens, our Pizzaioli take pride in adhering to the Napoletana process in the production of our pizzas. Our dough is proofed for over 24 hours and we only use the best, authentic Italian ingredients. The long proofing time together with cooking at temperatures of 400 degrees Celsius produces a most, light, soft digestive crust which is aromatic and delicious! Our menu consists of 14 pizzas and a selection of side dishes along with Italian wines, beers and soft drinks. Our menu is small so we can focus on serving you a delicious, high quality meal every time you dine with us, in the shortest amount of time!
