Working with some of the best local suppliers, our focus is providing wholesome, fresh, seasonal menus. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Breakfast and Afternoon Tea Chef to join our team.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of health, safety and food hygiene standards although training will be given.

Essential

  • At least 2 years experience in the same or similar role
  • A passion for food and cooking
  • Team player
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work on initiative
  • Flexibility to work as per the rota requirements
  • Must be able to confidently work unsupervised
  • Must be fully conversant with allergens

Duties

You will be responsible for the preparation of breakfast and afternoon tea service, following instruction from Head Chef and Sous Chefs. With a keen eye for detail you will ensure every dish is prepared and presented to the dome standard. Working primarily within our first floor kitchen you must be able to delegate effectively and confidently ensure smooth service in line with food hygiene standards.
