It’s made me think a lot more about what I might want to do next

“This was my first proper experience of working, and it honestly helped a lot. I learned how to show up on time, work with other people, and got a real look at what goes on behind the scenes at St James Quarter. I definitely feel more confident now going into future jobs. It’s made me think a lot more about what I might want to do next.”

What You'll Leave With

During the programme, you’ll gain a real understanding of how St James Quarter is maintained and made accessible to the public, with hands-on exposure to operational and management roles. You’ll build valuable insight into the industry, helping you explore potential career pathways, while also opening the door to future opportunities, including the possibility of long-term employment with SJQ.
