Yes. FUSE is completely free for job seekers. We’re privately funded to help people access training, support and job opportunities in retail and hospitality.

No. We work with people at all stages, whether you’re just starting out, returning to work, or ready for a change. We’ll support you to build confidence, understand what employers are looking for, and apply for the right roles.

We move fast. As soon as you sign up, we’ll connect you to live opportunities through our Talent Bank or help you apply directly for current vacancies. Timeframes vary depending on your preferences and readiness, but we stay in touch until you’re settled.

We offer tailored one-to-one support with CVs, interview prep, confidence building, workplace skills and access to free training. You can also apply to our Talent Bank to be considered for upcoming opportunities with major employers.

We support roles across Edinburgh’s top retail and hospitality brands, especially in St James Quarter. These include customer service, stockroom, food and beverage, supervisory and management positions.
